お車でお越しのお客様へは、提携駐車場をご案内いたします。

提携駐車場の入出庫可能時間などは提携駐車場の規定によります。

万が一提携駐車場が満車の場合やお車のサイズなどによりご入庫いただけない場合は、

近隣の駐車場（提携外）をご案内いたしますので予めご了承ください。

Thank you very much for choosing Cross Hotel Sapporo.

We regret to inform you that our parking lot will be temporarily closed for an equipment upgrade on the following dates.

Period:

■From Wednesday, March 12 to Thursday, March 13.    At night

■From Tuesday,      March 25 to Thursday, March 27.    At night

※You cannot get in and out your car from 9 p.m. to 6 a.m.

■From Sunday, April 6 to  Sunday, April 13.  Closed at any time
※You cannot get in and out your car all day.

For guests arriving by car, please proceed to the back of the hotel where our parking staff will direct you to our affiliated parking lots.

Please note that these affiliated parking lots have different rules and operating hours. If you would like to get your car during your stay, please inform our staff so we can guide you to the most suitable option.

In the unlikely event that your vehicle cannot be accommodated due to size or other reasons, we will direct you to a non-affiliated parking lot (standard rates apply) nearby.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.
